Dr. Kevin's perfect shake

This may be the best start to any morning. My go-to shake is simple, fast, and packed with what your body needs to build health. I mix one scoop of Whole Body Collagen, one scoop of Perfect Aminos, two scoops of Lepterra, and one scoop of IP Gold in a mason jar with water and a few ice cubes. Shake it up and you’re ready to go. It’s one of the easiest ways to give your body quality nutrition even on a busy morning. Want to keep it low carb? Leave out the Lepterra. Concerned about cost? Even doing this shake 3 to 4 days a week can be a smart option. High-quality products a few times a week can do more for your body than cheaper products every day.
